The high temperatures during summer months make the gym the ideal place to continue taking care of our physical form without the need to be exposed to the sun. In addition to weight training, it is necessary to continue with cardio routines, always bearing in mind the need to keep the body hydrated.

At least 20 minutes on the treadmill or the elliptical is the perfect complement to a strength and endurance session, using a weight machine or dumbbells, which should not be less than 30 minutes.
