Wine & Tapas is one of the resort’s newest attractions. It is aimed at surprising the best oenophiles with exclusive wines from every Appellation of Origin accompanied by gourmet appetizers.
The Valencia Region is an incredible land in which internationally renowned wineries are located. The Mediterranean climate and its unique orography provide their wines with particular characteristics and outstanding quality.
The red grape variety Bobal, the native red grapes such as Arco, Bonaire, Forcallà or Mandó, and white grape varieties such as Macabeo and Moscatel stand out.
Wine & Tapas aims to enjoy these wine proposals and many more incorporated into an extensive wine cellar that can be savored accompanied by a wide variety of cold tapas. A space that surprises diners with a dynamic menu and where you can enjoy first-class wine experiences that go far beyond spending a special moment and tasting products of exceptional quality, such as Iberian ham, French cheeses, Tudela artichokes, Cantabrian anchovies, oysters or Gildas.
