Digitalisation in the service of sustainability. Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Hotel has implemented an automation, control and energy management system designed to monitor, regulate and optimise the operation of the hotel’s facilities, including air conditioning, thermal production, ventilation, lighting and other integrated systems.
Thanks to this technology, we avoid unnecessary operation, improve time scheduling, benefit from centralised equipment control and can monitor the energy performance of our facilities more accurately — all with the aim of significantly reducing electricity consumption.
This initiative, with a total investment of €93,323.19, falls under Type 4 of the Turisme Comunitat Valenciana aid programme, aimed at financing energy efficiency and circular economy projects in tourism companies, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (C14.I4, line of action 2), funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, and co-financed by the Generalitat Valenciana.
For the development and processing of the grant application, ALLGOLF received support from SERNOVEN SOLUTIONS SL, a consultancy specialised in energy efficiency, which provided services for the preparation, management and follow-up of the subsidy file.
