On Sunday, January 20th, the Societies Day tournament was held at Oliva Nova’s golf course.
It consisted of 17 competitions of 4 people, 2 per society. There was a total of 68 points in play and each competition consisted of 4 points. The players belonged to the Pego and the Montgo golf societies. The victory was for the Pego Golf society with a total of 40 point, while the Montgo society only got 28 points.
This tournament is being played yearly since 2013. Pego has won the tournament on 4 occasions and Montgo 3.
