Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort has strengthened its status as the preferred destination for international football clubs and Spanish teams in 2025, becoming a prominent host for top European and world-class teams.
Throughout 2025, the natural grass pitches at the Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort have welcomed leading clubs from major European leagues such as Bayern Munich, Legia Warsaw, KAA Gent, SC Heerenveen, SV Wehen, BSC Young Boys and Getafe CF, as well as the women’s FC Union Berlin, Sandefjord Fotball, Stabaek IF, Getafe CF, Preston North End, Córdoba CF, and more.
Furthermore, Arabian teams with a rapidly growing league and sports infrastructure also chose the La Safor region, with entities such as Al-Arabi SC coming here.
In 2025, the Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort also hosted numerous international teams, especially youth and under-21 squads. The teams from Europe that trained for their international matches here included Switzerland, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Wales, Sweden, Belgium, Germany, Romania, and Italy. Beyond our continent, the arrival of teams representing the United States, Canada, and Japan also confirmed our global growth.
In addition to hosting such teams while they train, the complex also organises tournaments and friendly matches between such national teams and clubs all year. This is one of its strengths in terms of organisation, since teams must be found with a sufficient level to be able to compete against such elite squads.
The entities visiting the resort appreciate the excellence of the four natural grass pitches maintained by Royalverd. The company was founded in 2003 and specialises in designing, building, maintaining and providing consultancy for sports areas and football pitches, as well as being responsible for maintaining the playing fields of clubs such as FC Barcelona and RCD Espanyol.
Inside the resort, the players also find a high-performance gym adjacent to the fields, pitch-side changing rooms and showers, first-class accommodation, meeting halls, rooms for physiotherapists and equipment managers, and ice baths.
Along with these services, Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort has personalised menus based on their nutritionists’ requests, so they can optimise both their training and rest with nutrition suited to their needs.
The combination of playing fields with advanced maintenance technology, state-of-the-art wellness facilities and beachfront accommodation, not forgetting the favourable weather, all provides conditions that have led the resort to become a regular destination for pre-season training, winter camps and international tournaments in the year leading up to the World Cup in Mexico and the United States.

The resort is remarkable for its comprehensive range of accommodation, wellness and personalized nutrition, optimizing footballers’ performance, rest and recovery in a seaside setting.
Four regulation-size natural grass pitches next to the beach make Oliva Nova the perfect place for a football training camp.
