It is truly a pleasure to welcome you to this latest ON Magazine, in which we are celebrating not only the arrival of summer, but also the extraordinary dynamism characteristic of Oliva Nova today.
This year holds special significance thanks to two major milestones that mark our journey and strengthen our present. In 2025, we celebrate the 30th anniversary of both our Golf Club and Hotel—two cornerstones that have witnessed the growth of the Resort and countless shared stories. Three decades of hard work, dedication, and continuous improvement have led to international recognition and the loyalty of those who return to us year after year.
This issue pays tribute to everything that makes our Resort a unique destination: from the Sporting achievements that have thrown the international spotlight onto Oliva Nova’s facilities, such as our role as a candidate to sub-host the 2030 football World Cup, in addition to launching high-level sports events such as the first Half Marathon organised between the town of Oliva and Oliva Nova itself, which has already made its mark with a national Spanish record.
We are also celebrating an exceptional year in the culinary world, with Quique Barella’s vision transforming the resort’s gastronomic spaces into memorable culinary experiences by blending the best of local produce with the creativity of his signature cuisine.
And as if that weren’t enough, we are proud to announce that we have been awarded the prize for Best Sustainable and Quality Tourism Project in the Valencian Community. This recognition strengthens our commitment to a respectful, responsible, and excellence-driven development model. The award not only honors our initiatives in sustainability and energy efficiency, but also the spirit of service that guides the entire Oliva Nova team—the true driving force behind our identity.
