Since September 2023 and with the arrival of John Kearney as the hotel manager, and Raúl Climent as assistant manager, Oliva Nova has undergone a transformation which aims to improve customers‘ experience and offer luxury services that are in line with guests’ expectations.
While it is true that summer season stands out for domestic, holiday and family tourism, Oliva Nova welcomes international guests all year round who, attracted by its sports offer, stay at the hotel as if it were their second home.

“Our clients are used to traveling to high-end hotels and practicing luxury sports such as horse riding and golf. Having premium services was an implicit demand, which we have anticipated and introduced a wide range of services related to a specific type of room”, says the hotel’s assistant manager, Raúl Climent.

The Premium rooms, as they are called, are part of an exclusive residential unit consisting of only 56 rooms, in which guests enjoy additional facilities not included in the other 156 Classic rooms.

“We are committed to the highest quality and service. So far this summer we have exceeded our expectations and guests’ feedback has been very positive.

More and more regular guests are requesting these services and with the upgrade of the hotel this is only going to increase,” says John Kearney, the hotel’s director.

  • Resort Credit
    Each day, a €60 credit per room is generated for guests to use in a wide variety of services available at the resort: massages, fashion, gastronomy, or spa, among others.
  • Transfer Service
    Guests arriving by plane can request a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.
  • Private Parking
    If the guest arrives by car, there is a reserved and guarded covered area available for parking a few metres from the hotel.
  • Equipped rooms
    The hotel’s rooms are fully equipped and tailored to guests’ needs, with premium branded amenities, capsule coffee machine and daily replenished minibar.
  • Premium registration
    The Guest Experience team welcomes each guest and from the very beginning helps them to plan their stay at the resort so that all they have to worry about is enjoying themselves.
  • Wellness Spa
    Access to the water circuit is included for guests over 15 years of age, as well as receiving an exclusive 10% discount on facials, body treatments and massages lasting more than 1 hour.
